Customer Success Manager - Higher Education - Northern California

  • You will focus on account management, implementation, training & presentations
  • Must be comfortable with selling digital products.
  • Territory = Northern California
  • Must be comfortable with 40% overnight travel during the semester
  • The base salary is $80-100K
  • Bonus first year is $50K at goal

  • 4-year degree (BA or BS)
  • Ideally a 3.0 or higher GPA
  • 2 or more years of higher education sales experience
  • Documented track record of success with stack rankings, awards and recommendations
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers
  • Clean driving record
