This is a field-based, consultative sales role working with nursing schools and senior academic leadership.
Mission-driven, healthcare education–focused
Established territory with new business upside
$180K OTE ($90K base / $90K commission)
Field sales (3–4 days/week) — not inside sales
Manage and grow nursing school accounts
Sell a portfolio of learning and assessment solutions
Present to Deans, Directors, and senior leaders
2+ years of territory or field sales experience
Comfortable owning a geographic territory
Backgrounds in EdTech, higher education, nursing education, B2B, or solution-based sales
Territory: Greater Los Angeles (Santa Barbara & Bakersfield included)
