Kelly McClellan BIO  
 
Kelly is one of the most experienced and respected sales recruiters in the industry. Her guidance is regularly sought by companies looking to develop best hiring practices and build top performing sales and leadership teams. Kelly started her career at ECA after graduating summa cum laude from St. Joseph’s University. Kelly’s commitment to excellence, led her to being recognized as top recruiter in the company many years in a row.  

After 15 years, Kelly success was rewarded when she was the first employee at ECA to be offer a partnership position. In 2017, upon the retirement of the founder, Kelly became president of the company. Recognizing their talents, Kelly immediately added Brian Komoroski and David Chan to the leadership team. The trio has been working diligently ever since to train and develop the best recruiting team in the business. Since assuming ownership, ECA has had it’s most successful years in the company’s 50 year history.

has been Kelly’s motto from day one. When people ask her how she has thrived in this very challenging business for @40 years, that is always her answer.

Kelly lives with her husband in suburban Philadelphia. She loves pickleball, puzzles, games, traveling, the beach and spending as much time as possible with her friends. Kelly is the proud mother of 3, doting grandmother of 3 and hopes that number keeps growing! 

Brian Komoroski is a Partner and Vice President of Business Development at ECA Recruiters, where he partners with companies across multiple industries to hire high-performing sales professionals and sales leaders. He specializes in full-time, contingency-based recruiting for roles ranging from sales representatives to Director-level leadership.

Since joining ECA in 2003, Brian has built long-term client relationships by consistently delivering revenue-driven talent that strengthens sales teams and supports both growth initiatives and critical backfills. With a background in business-to-business sales and more than two decades of recruiting experience, he understands what drives market performance and competitive advantage.

As a partner, Brian leads business development efforts, mentors recruiting team members, and works closely with hiring leaders navigating competitive talent markets.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, golfing, mountain biking, pickleball, and staying active. He resides in the Pittsburgh area and is a graduate of Clarion University, where he studied business and played football.

David started his career at ECA recruiters in 1999 after spending a dozen years selling in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.  Since joining ECA, he's been leveraging his understanding of the healthcare industry developing and nurturing long term client relationships. He also serves as a confidant and lends a sympathetic ear to both client hiring managers as well as the hundreds of people he has helped start new careers over the last several decades.  

Away from his professional career, he has been active for decades serving on several nonprofit boards advancing the well-being of our nation’s youth, University students and AAPI’s. David is also an avid snowboarder, crossfitter and enjoys outdoor activities in his spare time.
