Gastroenterology Specialty Sales Mgmt position
Up to $265K++ Total Income Package Plus Car
COMPANY:
· Specialty division of an international top five pharmaceutical manufacturer.
· A leader in their segment of the industry.

POSITION:
· Specialty Sales Manager leading a team of reps selling first line therapy to gastroenterologists.
· This district is open due to a promotion and the team is doing well.
TERRITORY:
· The district includes the States of Washington, Oregon and Alaska.
COMPENSATION:
· Total income package is $265K+ or more, plus tremendous benefits and career development.
· Base Salary ranges up to about $210K (depending upon experience).
· Bonus plan adds $55K+ at goal, but can be even higher based on personal performance.
· Stock option grants based on performance for the top managers and representatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
· 4-year degree (BA or BS)
· 3+ years of successful experience selling pharmaceuticals
· Documented track record of success with stack rankings, awards and commendations
· Clean driving record
