We are recruiting for a Branch Manager to lead a growing field service operation with responsibility for branch performance, team leadership, safety, and profitability.
Position Highlights:
- Full P&L ownership
- Lead daily branch operations and field teams
- Drive safety, performance, and accountability
- Manage crews, sales staff, and frontline leaders
- Build customer relationships and support business growth
- Track KPIs and improve operational results
Ideal Background:
- 2-5 years of leadership experience in a service-based business
- Experience managing technicians, crews, or field personnel
- Strong operational, safety, and KPI mindset
- Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop teams
- Background in facility services, route-based services, waste, landscaping, pest control, HVAC, restoration, or similar industries preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- $75K-$100K base (DOE) + 20% bonus
