Associate Director / Director, Product Management – Oncology Rare Disease

Our client is seeking a strategic product leader to own commercialization strategy for a flagship rare oncology asset in pediatric neuroblastoma.
This is a high-visibility pre-launch role focused on go-to-market strategy, market access, pricing, reimbursement, patient access, HUB services, KOL engagement, and launch execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own commercialization strategy for a rare oncology launch
- Lead pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategy
- Build patient access and HUB support programs
- Develop patient, caregiver, and provider journey insights
- Drive KOL engagement and guideline strategy
- Partner cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial teams
Ideal Background
- 7–12+ years of pharma or biotech experience
- Oncology commercialization experience required
- Rare/orphan disease launch experience required
- Strong market access, pricing, and reimbursement background
- Pre-launch or launch experience strongly preferred
- Pediatric oncology experience preferred
- Radiopharmaceutical, gene therapy, or complex therapy experience a plus
Compensation
- Salary: $190,000 – $230,000
- Bonus: Associate Director 15%, Director 20%
