We’re partnered with a well-established, mission driven organization in the higher education space seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined territory.
This role focuses on consultative sales to universities, working directly with professors and program coordinators to expand adoption of innovative digital education solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined territory (Greater Springfield Area)
- Sell into established university accounts
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with:
- Professors
- Program coordinators
- Academic decision-makers
- Execute a consultative, relationship-driven sales process
- Travel within territory (approx. 2 overnight stays per month during semesters)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $72K (DOE)
- $45K+ variable compensation (uncapped potential)
- $115K+ total on-target earnings

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (BA or BS)
- Experience in:
- Outside sales
- Territory sales
- Account management
- Quota-carrying roles
