Job Overview

We’re partnered with a well-established, mission driven organization in the higher education space seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined territory.

This role focuses on consultative sales to universities, working directly with professors and program coordinators to expand adoption of innovative digital education solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a defined territory (Greater Springfield Area)
  • Sell into established university accounts
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with:
  • Professors
  • Program coordinators
  • Academic decision-makers
  • Execute a consultative, relationship-driven sales process
  • Travel within territory (approx. 2 overnight stays per month during semesters)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary up to $72K (DOE)
  • $45K+ variable compensation (uncapped potential)
  • $115K+ total on-target earnings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (BA or BS)
  • Experience in:
