ECA Recruiters is working with the Health System division of a global top 10 pharmaceutical manufacturer to identify an experienced Health System Account Executive covering the Pittsburgh and Cleveland markets.
This is a strategic account role focused on building long-term relationships with major health systems and driving growth across the territory.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key health systems
- Understand customer priorities, challenges and opportunities
- Work cross-functionally to drive account strategy and revenue growth
- Serve as the quarterback for account planning, collaboration and resource allocation
Compensation
- Base salary: $160K–$220K, depending on experience
- Target bonus: $55K, uncapped based on performance
- $200K–$280K+ total income potential
- Long-term incentives available for top performers

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hospital or health system account management experience
- Proven record of sales success, including rankings, awards or recognition
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Clean driving record
- Experience managing UPMC
