Territory Sales Manager – Higher Education | Birmingham, AL
ECA Recruiters is partnering with a leader in higher education digital learning to hire a Territory Sales Manager covering the Birmingham territory.
This is a field-based sales role focused on developing new business while growing existing university partnerships. You'll call on professors, department heads, and academic leaders to introduce digital learning solutions and expand business across your territory.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new business within colleges and universities
- Grow existing relationships and identify expansion opportunities
- Meet with faculty and academic decision-makers to present digital learning solutions
- Manage your territory through a consultative sales approach
- Travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight travel
What We're Looking For
- Outside or territory sales experience (B2B or education preferred)
- Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close business
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Willingness to travel within the territory
