We are partnering with an established pharmaceutical organization seeking a Key Account Manager to drive biosimilar adoption across key health systems in the Boston market and broader New England region.
This role is focused on engaging key stakeholders within IDNs and hospital systems, driving access, and expanding utilization within the oncology space.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $160K
- Target bonus: ~$70K (uncapped potential)

- Remote role with regional travel for meetings and conferences
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading strategic engagement across major IDNs and hospital systems
- Driving biosimilar adoption within oncology-focused accounts
- Navigating complex buy-and-bill environments and influencing key decision-makers

- Dartmouth Health
Qualifications
- Experience working within IDNs and large hospital systems
- Oncology, biosimilars, and market access is preferred (not required)
- Experience with contract negotiation, P&L, and ROI discussions
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and stakeholder relationships
