High-Impact Key Account Manager - Biosimilars (Upper Midwest IDNs)

We are partnering with a growing pharmaceutical organization seeking a Key Account Manager to drive biosimilar adoption across key health systems in the Minnesota / Wisconisn region and surrounding markets (North and South Dakota).

This role is focused on engaging key stakeholders within IDNs and hospital systems, driving access, and expanding utilization within the oncology space.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary up to $160K
  • Target bonus: ~$70K (uncapped potential)
  • Company car + full benefits (Medical, Dental, 401k, etc.)
  • Remote role with regional travel for meetings and conferences

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans across key IDNs and hospital systems
  • Engage stakeholders across pharmacy, administration, and clinical leadership
  • Drive biosimilar adoption within oncology-focused accounts
  • Navigate complex hospital systems including buy-and-bill environments
  • Lead contract discussions, ROI conversations, and value-based selling initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support account growth

Qualifications

  • Experience working within IDNs and large hospital systems
  • Oncology and biosimilars experience is preferred (not required)
  • Experience with contract negotiation, P&L, and ROI discussions
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and stakeholder relationships
