Start-up healthcare company is expanding their commercial sales team and looking for experienced field sales professionals to help expand awareness and adoption.
Role Details:
- Field Sales Representative (Territory-based; no overnight travel)
- Total 1st year compensation: $180,00-$280,000++
- Base Salary: $90k-120k
- On-Target Earnings: $80,000–$160,000++ in commissions/bonus
- Territory: SW Houston- Sugarland, Pearland, Missouri City, Bellaire
- Car allowance
- Calling on endocrinologists, primary care and specialty clinics
- Educating on clinical benefits and driving product adoption
What They’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience OR
- 2+ years of medical device experience
- Endocrine/Diabetes experience strongly preferred but not required
- Strong consultative selling skills and relationship building
- Comfort engaging healthcare providers and influencing product adoption
