ECA Recruiters is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for a specialty pharmaceutical client covering San Francisco, CA and the surrounding Bay Area territory.

This is a specialty account sales role focused on hematology/oncology. The ideal candidate will have successful specialty pharmaceutical sales experience, strong account management skills, and the ability to build relationships with healthcare providers across a defined San Francisco Bay Area territory.

Job Details

• Territory includes San Francisco, CA and the surrounding Bay Area
• Specialty focus: Hematology/Oncology
• Experience in this geography is strongly preferred
• Base salary is $150,000–$165,000, depending on experience
• Additional $50,000+ incentive plan at goal, uncapped
• Strong long-term incentive plan
• Car allowance

Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage and grow specialty pharmaceutical business within the assigned territory, develop relationships with oncology and hematology accounts, and drive product utilization through a consultative, account-focused sales approach.

You will call on targeted healthcare providers, identify opportunities within key accounts, manage territory strategy, and represent the company with professionalism and clinical credibility.

Requirements

Qualified candidates should have:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
• Hematology/oncology sales experience strongly preferred
• Experience selling in the San Francisco Bay Area market preferred
• Strong account management, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Clean driving record
