This role is focused on account management, client retention, relationship development, and account growth, with additional responsibility for strategic new-business development. The ideal candidate will have experience managing key accounts, building trust with commercial decision-makers, and identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships.

Ideal Background:
- Strong account management experience
- Experience managing large or key accounts
- Ability to build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships
- Background selling or managing accounts in commercial services, facility services, property services, building services, or a related B2B field
- Polished, organized, proactive, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working with commercial property decision-makers
