We’re recruiting a dynamic Business Development Specialist to sell Commercial Property Services in Los Angeles.
JOB DETAILS
- Territory: LA and surrounding area
- Working with high-level stakeholders in healthcare, education, sports and entertainment venues, corporate/commercial offices
- Help develop strategic relationships with C-Level decision makers
- Manage a complex 6-month sales cycle, working with multiple stakeholders to close high-value facility service contracts.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of outside sales experience selling larger deals to multiple decision makers
- Proven track record of success
- Clean Background/Driving Record
