ECA Recruiters is partnering with a market leader in K–12 education assessment and learning solutions to hire a high-impact Education Sales Representative. This is a remote role covering IL, WI, IA, and MN, selling into large school districts.

What You’ll Do
- Sell education assessment and learning solutions to K–12 district administrators
- Manage and grow a Midwest territory of large school districts
- Build long-term relationships with superintendents, curriculum leaders, and decision-makers
- Travel up to 40% during peak seasons for meetings, conferences, and district visits
- Drive revenue through consultative, solution-based selling
What We’re Looking For
- Proven K–12 education sales experience (required)
- Experience selling to school districts or education administrators
- Strong consultative and relationship-based sales skills
- Ability to manage a large, multi-state territory
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $100K–$105K
- $46K+ in commission (uncapped upside)
