Customer Success Consultant- - Higher Education

Job Details:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to educators by aligning product usage with institutional goals
  • Drive product adoption and retention across a defined territory
  • Meet revenue targets through customer renewals and long-term success
  • Analyze customer data to identify risks, renewal challenges, and upsell opportunities
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess value realization and uncover growth potential
  • Base salary: $65K–$87K, depending on experience (higher in select high cost-of-living markets)
  • $35K annual bonus + excellent benefits package
  • 20% overnight travel to key accounts during the academic semester; primarily a work-from-home role
  • Fast-paced, tech-forward, education-focused environment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of customer/client success or account management experience 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy, Quick to learn and navigate new technologies
  • Experience in the education or technology sector strongly preferred
