Manage a team of 7 pharma sales reps
To qualify, candidates must have 2+ years of pharmaceutical field sales management experience and must have experience with new product launches
Looking for a documented track record of success with national rankings/awards
Base salary is $165-200K+ (depending on experience)
Incentive plan offering an additional $55-60K+ (uncapped)
Very generous stock package
